How to Book the Lombok to Komodo Island Trip:

Contact us: To book the trips, simply reach out to us via email or chat to inquire about available dates for the tour.
Provide necessary details: Once you have received confirmation of availability from our team, kindly send us a copy of your passport for documentation purposes.
Confirm and pay deposit: After reconfirming the booking details with our team, a deposit of USD 30 per person is required to secure your reservation. You can conveniently make the deposit payment to our PayPal account or through a wire transfer. The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival.
Accommodation arrangements: We recommend staying one night on Lombok Island before the trip commences and one night after the trip in Labuhan Bajo. This will ensure a smooth and comfortable experience throughout the tour.
Book in advance: To secure your spot, it is advisable to book at least 15 days in advance of the departure date. This allows us to make necessary arrangements and guarantee availability.

Where to Stay for the Trip:

Free pick-up: Enjoy complimentary pick-up service from the Mataram area, Senggigi, Bangsal, and the 3 Gili Islands. We recommend staying in one of these areas to avail of the convenient free pick-up service.
Additional charge for Kuta area: If you prefer to be picked up from the Kuta area, please note that an additional charge of IDR 100,000 per person will apply.

Schedule of Pick-up Service:

Mataram area: If you are staying in the Mataram area, our pick-up service will begin between 8:30 AM. Please be ready at your designated location at this time.
Senggigi area: For those staying in the Senggigi area, pick-up will be scheduled between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Kindly be prepared for pick-up within this timeframe.
Gili Islands: If your accommodation is on one of the Gili Islands, please make your way to the harbor by 7:30 AM. Each Gili has a check-in counter where you will be welcomed and provided with a free public boat ticket to Bangsal Harbor. From there, a shuttle bus will transfer everyone to the Travel-Wise counter in Senggigi for reconfirmation and payment of the remaining balance.

Note : We strive to maintain punctuality and efficiency in our pick-up service to ensure a seamless start to your adventure. Please plan your time accordingly and be ready at the designated pick-up locations mentioned above.

Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1: Shuttle Pick Up and Departure (Lunch and Dinner on the Boat)

Shuttle pick up from Bangsal Harbor, Mataram area, and Senggigi.
Meet at the Travel-Wise office for a complimentary breakfast.
Transfer to Kayangan Harbor, East Lombok at 11:00 AM, a scenic 2.5-hour drive.
Enjoy lunch prepared at the harbor.
Board the boat and get ready for the adventure.
Sail to Kanawa Island, where you can snorkel or take a leisurely walk on the beach (trekking possible if time permits).
Overnight stay on the boat while sailing to Saleh Bay.

Day 2: Whale Sharks and Komodo Island (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on the Boat)

Explore Saleh Bay and have a thrilling 2-hour swim with whale sharks.
Sail to Komodo Island after snorkeling with the whale sharks.
Enjoy breakfast on the boat.
Overnight sail to Komodo National Park and visit Padar Island.

Day 3: Padar Island, Pink Beach, Rinca Island, and Kalong Rinca (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on the Boat)

Experience the breathtaking view from the hill at Padar Island.
Visit Long Pink Beach, a unique snorkeling spot or a relaxing beach destination.
Explore Rinca Island and witness the majestic Komodo Dragons in their natural habitat at Komodo National Park.
Witness the mesmerizing sunset with a spectacular view of a million flying foxes at Kalong Rinca.

Day 4: Snorkeling, Kelor Island, and Departure (Breakfast and Lunch on the Boat)

Snorkel at Menjerite Island.
Visit Kelor Island for snorkeling or relaxation on the beach.
Return to Labuan Bajo.
The trip concludes between 4-5 PM.

Term of Payment:

We require a 30% deposit in advance once the tour is confirmed, payment can be settled through a Wire Transfer to our Bank Account or PayPal.
We are not responsible for any taxes charged by the bank during the money transfer process.
The balance is to be settled with cash on arrival

Cancelation policy:

No charge for any cancellation made 5 days for individual booking and 15 days for groups prior to arrival date.
50% will be charged for any cancellation less than 2 days prior to the arrival date
Less than 24 hours’ notice and voluntary no-show will be charged in full for the total booking
